I live in Westchester County. I was wondering if someone could privately e-mail me a referral for a landlord/tenant lawyer in Westchester? I want to be careful who I go to and I would like to have a lawyer send the board a letter stating that if the harassment of the seniors continues we will move against them. I have a feeling that either 1) not all the board members know what is going on or 2) if they do a letter to them individually might scare them into stopping this nonsense. It is the holiday season and I would like to enjoy it with my family without all this striff.

Thanks.

Division of Human Rights ruled there is reasonable cause to believe the respondents have or are engaging in the unlawful conduct complained of. DHR tried to reach a conciliation with the respondents and could not. Matter ordered over to a public hearing. Now respondents want to settle.
