Attention AOL users:

Unfortunately, some AOL users tend to hit the convenient Spam button on their screen rather than unsubscribing properly. This hurts you, it hurts AOL and it hurts us. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletters, please use the unsubscribe link provided with every newsletter or this page.

Important Notes:

To prevent unwanted spam email, some Internet Service Providers (ISP's) block messages from senders (like us) whose email addresses are not in your Address Book or Safe Senders List. To ensure delivery of the newsletters you have requested, please add our email address to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.

We use an automated program and are unable to verify that the newsletter is not spam. That's your job. If email addressed to you bounces back to us, that might result in your name being taken off the list without your knowledge or desire.

There are many reasons why email addressed to you might bounce back: perceived spam or blacklisting, being over quota or full, your account is no longer valid or cannot be found on your ISP's servers, or your ISP's server's time out.

In addition, some ISP's such as Yahoo and Hotmail practice a form of "greylisting," which is the intentional blockage or delay of mail sent to you because they are receiving many similar emails from the same source (us) and incorrectly perceive it to be spam. We try to resolve this issue with those ISP's, but it's not always successful.

In any of these cases, if you do not receive our newsletters, it's very likely the problem is on your end and you will need to comtact your ISP. If you notice a problem, please let us know by using our contact form.

If you no longer wish to receive any newsletters, please unsubscribe properly using the links in each newsletter headers or at the bottom, or you may use this page. Using the Spam or Junk filter in some web-based email programs such as AOL or Hotmail actually increases the load on their servers and our servers.
