2 month security

LL demand 2 months when I took possesion of apartment. Demanded it back the extra month and he refused. Filed complaint against LL with nys attorney General and they lied to NYC AG office. SUbmitted the proof, still they have my money. This going on for over a year, Now what Do I do?
