I was wondering because i have a low income and already live in a RS unit.
So is it possible i can qualify for section 8 ?
Can i say to HUD i already have a RS unit and like a section 8 voucher no waiting list required us my current address.
Can i say to the building owner i now have a section 8 voucher please take it.
Can the building owner reject a section 8 voucher ?
Can the building owner reject my Voucher at anytime after he accepts it ?
My lease is on RTP-8 form. Is this going to be an issue with section 8 ?
Are there any downsides to section 8 as a RS tenant ?
Will i lose my RS status on section 8?
