electric heating

Postby ykarj » Thu Jan 15, 2004 11:38 pm

Hey All,

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment. In my living room I have an electric heating unit installed which looks and functions more or less like an air-conditioner. It sometimes works and sometimes not.

If I order a housing inspection, does this unit, or the air-conditioner in the bedroom have to be on? am I obligated to turn them on, or does the landlord have to provide me with heating that does not depend on my interference to work?

Also, I know that the temperatue in the coldest room has to be at least 68 degrees. Does that include the bathroom?

Thanks in advance,
YK
