I live in an illegal apartment. The landlord is selling the house and I don't have a lease. Not really sure what my rights are. Some people tell me to stay others say get out before I get kicked out. What should I do? I've checked the DOB website and know that the CO says its a single family home. So, I'm doing my homework. Thanks for any feedback.
