Death of overtenant during term of sublease

Hi!

We are looking into the possibility of subleasing an apparment, but the tenant is ver very old and we are afraid he might pass away during the term of the sublease (2 years)

If the overtenant dies during the term of the sublease, is the sublease subsequently void?
