If a building is deemed to be uninhabitable and a LL is successful in obtaining a vacate order and then the C of O is pulled by HPD or the Fire Department....what are the LL's obligations to the tenants of the building for alternate housing and over what period of time.
There are 3 RS tenants and 1 RC tenant in the dwelling. Do we lose our respective RS/RC status.
If the LL looks to and is able to demolish the bldg and a new one is erected, do we have rights of entry back into the new dwelling; do we maintain RS/RC status.
Are there any info links/resources that address this issue that be suggested.
