Assignment...

I live in a RC 2-BR with 2 other women. I have 3 questions:

If we want to assign the remaining months of our lease (June, July, August), does that release the guarantors as well as the 3 of us on the lease?

Can we assign the apartment to 2 people INCLUDING one who is on the current lease?

If not, is there ANY way to get one guarantor released, provided he is replaced by an equally qualified guarantor?
