In the future, you may want to remove your address and choose a more anonymous username. Landlords and their attorneys are known to poke around here too. Wouldn't want anything to be used against you.

You're right -so we removed it from his profile. The tenant can go to Housing Conservation Coordinators at 500 W. 52 St., 4th floor 212-541-5996 for detailed info. And the tenant should get on our Hell's Kitchen mailing list at http://hellskitchen.net. He has more to worry about than owner occupancy.
