Postby patree125 » Wed Apr 30, 2003 4:15 pm

IS THERE A WAY TO CHECK AND SEE IF L/L HAS TAKEN A TENANT TO COURT OVER A YEAR AGO. I HAVE A HOLDOVER GOING ON WITH MY L/L AND I KNOW HE HAS TAKEN AN OLD TENANT TO GO FOR THE SAME THING I AM GOING TO COURT FOR. SHE WON HER CASE, BUT SHE MOVED OUT ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND I NEED SOME INF.
THANKS

Go down to housing court and check the computer.

You can check by her name or by LL's name.

The clerks at the court can help you if you have trouble using the computer.
