New York City Courts:
Criminal Court is open only for arraignments and emergency applications.
The Summons Parts are operational in Queens and Bronx; closed in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island. For emergency applications for Family matters, call: 845.483.8175. The Harlem Community Justice Center is open.
Housing Court:
There will be no evictions citywide.
Jurors
Grand Jurors should report in all counties except New York County. Sworn trial jurors should report in all counties except New York County.
All jurors should report in all counties, except for New York County.
Bronx: Courts are open.
Queens: Courts are open.
Queens Foreclosure Auctions:
Foreclosure auctions scheduled for Friday, November 2, in Queens County will not be held at the courthouse.
Kings(Brooklyn): Courts are open, except for the Red Hook Community Court, which is closed.
New York(Manhattan):
No Civil defaults will be taken in New York County.
Courts are closed, except as follows:
Manhattan Housing Court Emergency Applications:
In New York County, Housing Court emergency applications will be heard at the Harlem Community Justice Center.
Richmond(Staten Island): Courts are open.
Court and Administrative offices in Manhattan, at 25 Beaver Street and 26 Broadway, are closed.
