when presenting a case and you are citing past housing court decisions, do you have to provide a copy of full text of the housing court decision? and if yes, where do i get that from?

1. the decisions posted here on TN in the HCD section aren't only from Housing Court, they're L&T decisions fron higher courts too; most were originally published in the NYLJ. some are also published in the Official Reports.
read this: http://www.tenant.net/.WWW/ubbgraphics/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=000091

2. these TN 'decisions' are summaries, not the whole decision.

3. the NYLJ is available in some public libraries, on Lexis (at the pro se's office), at the Public Access Law Libraries (they have Lexis online too).

4. get how-to help from your pro se office or local tenant clinic.
