NO, the lanlord cannot enter your
apartment . Unless you signed something
speacial on your lease or the building
is on fire ! Unless it was under one of
those two conditions ,you have the right
to a lawyer or cop ;to have him or her
arrested for trespassing or breaking an
entering without consent from the tenant
written not verbal ! If I was you I would
check my lease with a lawyer and contact
the owner of the building in question
becuase managers suck but not all some
will fight for you but most wont...
