I lived in house with 3 other people. I recently found that one guy was using
drugs (Although I don't have proof, I could smell it) and I was told that he
also deals drugs. I talked to the landlord but she wouldn't do anything
about it. So I moved out immediately and have to stay in a motel until I find
a decent place.
Am I entitled to the one month security deposit and half month rent I paid?
