excellent idea: maybe TenantNet could make a third BB for it, assign passwords to known lawyers & advocates for safety... and publish the good, the bad & the ugly. that might curb some Rambo tactics from some judges in pro se cases (or they'll just not put the decision in writing MORE often than now)

but refresh my memory, please: published cases are law, unpublished aren't? cases get published by being recommended by the judge to his/her supervisor who then decides what gets published?
