Another thought. Forum regulars most likely observe that we aren't as active in responding to messages as we used to be. This forum has become more active (good), but we're trying to go back and update many areas of the overall site, which is very time consuming. TenantNet has been on the web since 1994 and on gopher and BBS before that, making it (as far as we know) the oldest site of its kind. And parts of the site still look like 1994 web design. Although we scan all messages for inappropriate postings and spams, we're relying more and more on the intelligent discourse the forum regulars are providing. We thank you for that. We would even consider having a Forum Moderator (other than us) if the right person would commit to do so.
