HELP. I want to stay in my apt. another year but the management company does not want to renew my lease, (and gave me no reason why). The building in is NYC and is rent stabilized. Do they need a reason to not renew or can they just kick me out? I have paid the rent on time. If I refuse to leave, what are the legal implications?
