I am currently subleasing a coop apartment in Brooklyn. My lease expires at the end of November, 1998.
How much notice does the owner of the coop have to provide if he intends or renewing or not renewing my lease? What happens if I don't hear from him within that time?
Is there a percentage that he may charge as a rent increase?
What are my rights as a tenant?
