AS A SUBLET IN A CO OP YOU HAVE " NO RIGHTS" PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO RENEW THE LEASE....
THEY CAN INCREASE THE RENT, AT THE END OF LEASE, TO ANY AMOUNT THEY WANT....PLUS, IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING
WRONG WITH THE APT, THE ODDS OF GETTING ANOTHER LEASE ARE ABOUT ZERO!!!!!!!!

IN A RENT STAB APT THEY HAVE TO NOTIFY YOU OF A RENEWAL LEASE OPTION WITHIN 120-150 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE
LEASE....

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD CONTACT THE LANDLORD NOW VIA CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT THAT YOU WANT TO RENEW AND WHAT WILL THE AMOUNT OF THE INCREASE BE???????????

BETTER STILL, GET A RENT STAB APT.....THEN YOU CAN RENEW,COMPLAIN ETC WITHOUT FEAR.......
