I live in a rent-stabilized apartment in NYC. Although my lease says no pets I have had a dog for many years, on waver. My dog died in August, 1996.
Now I find that I am suffering increasingly great emotional stress, to the point of illness, from being without a dog.

Would you be kind enough to tell me if there are any conditions under which I might be permitted to have another dog? And how can I look up "NYC Pet Law"? How can I find the "CRTC Fact Sheet section"?
