Yes, Sir Loving, you are doing a grand job passing miscommunications. As an accountant, might you share with us what the average monthly or annual operating costs associated with, lets say a four room one-bedroom in a ten unit building, lets say, on the east side (please state if you include or don't include debt service)? Though I am a tenant and support rent controls, I do have a problem with justifying rents that don't reflect reality.
