: Does anyone have advice on the following experience?
: I recently signed a one-year lease in a rent stabalized building through a
: real estate agent. (paid 12% of one years rent). The following has happened
: in the month I have lived there:

: The apt was rented to me dirty
: All fixtures (light, toilet seat) was not provided upon commencement of lease.
: Apt was broken into.
: Had an extreme leak which the landlord did not respond to.
: All documentation (stabalization rider) has not been returned by landlord.

: Is there any recourse against either the landlord or broker for this? Please help.
