: we have a one year lease until the end of october '01. the landlord has informed us about 4 weeks ago that he wants to sell the place. we had 5 open houses so he could get a good price.
: now we stumbeled across a new place and would like to get out of the lease two month early.
: is there a way to do so without paying for the remaining months?
: what would be the righ way to break the lease?
