I said it 2 years ago, Harlem is the place to be to make MONEY!!!
Because in 10 or 15 years the majority of its residents will be white.

So... Why didnt i take my own advice?

Harlem has all the things you want close to work in midtown or downtown, actaully places to park a car. Nice old buildings that DONT have paper thin walls.

Lots of people have doubled or tripled their investments, and what is so wrong with that?

Crime is way down and car breakins are not a major problem I feel safe to walk on 125th St again.... so who are the people that are complaining?

: You may have read, but didn't understand (not that the original post couldn't have been a bit more enlightening). It had to do with the Dem. Leadership Conference policies, the Rangel Machine, Deb Wright, the Emp. State Dev. Co., the NYC Econ. Development Co. and other entities. It has little to do with Clinton or Bush. You need to connect the dots, if you're able. And yes, I (the TenantNet webmaster) did post the first reply to you.

: : I read the post. And if you know anything about politics, you know who is in the White House now and that Clinton, if anything, is facing the music. Clinton is making his amends but as with everything, it will take time. And Clinton will bring business and growth to the community. Nothing in the post is mentioned about that.

: : As I said, he is but one man and it will take time.

: : And don't post as TenantNet to make your such "keen observations" when it's obvious you're not the real deal. You spelled it wrong, for one thing, you nimrod.

: : : Looks like you're clueless as to what the issues are raised by the poster.

: : : : Clinton is coming to Harlem and is bringing money and business to
