Debra....don't pay anyone/anything until landlord who you faxed info to gets back to you. It is extremely possible it is not for you at all, and that it is for the coop unit owner, IRS lien, etc. Make your unit owner sort it out rather than you. This would not be the first time our Gov't made a mistake.
