You can speak of attorneys/firms or landlords. As you know, a number of firms advertise on TN -- some we know personally. If one sticks to the facts, i.e., if one is satisfied or dissatisfied as to how a case was handled, that seems OK. But keep in mind that a lawyer's effectiveness is only as good as the underlying case -- and the relationship between client/attorney is often dependent on personal chemistry. Also, certain things might be privileged (from the attorney's point of view). As for landlords, stick to the facts as how they run their business as landlords -- not personal stuff.
: Also: Is it the policy of TenantNet not to post any specific discussions regarding attorneys / firms? (I have previously made inquiries regarding attorneys but no response made it to the bulletin board.) Please comment on the policy.
