my comment on the policy is to name names....as to the lawyers in that case, i went to brooklyn housing court and was told the name of the firm, but it was not the name of a firm i am about to move to have sanctioned, so i did not pay too much attention to the name, but if the folks here want, i'll go back next week and get the name and post .........lemme know
