I live in a 2 bedroom non-controlled/stablized 4-unit building in Brooklyn. My roommate recently married and we'd like her husband to move in to finish out the remainder of our lease, which extends through July 2001. Our landlord said she would consider letting a third person move in but would probably want to raise the rent. Can she do that?
