Whatever, it all depends upon what your landlord wants to do. I assume he expects you are moving out at the end of this month, since you haven't had any contact with him(?). If the landlord is willing to renew the lease than you're lucky, considering you never mailed it in and it's been about 4 months since he sent it to you.The only way to find out is Fed-Ex the lease and call him.
