Hi:
I live in the second floor of a house, where the landlord lives (She lives on the first floor). Is an old house from 1950. I have a written lease for 18 months. My rent includes all utilities. USD 1650/ month in Briarcliff Manor, NY.
My question is:
There is a shared walkway to get to her door at the first floor and the stairs to the second floor where I live. I cleaned the snow for the stairs that access the second floor (Stairs goes only to my apartment). Do I have to help clean the walkway that is shared for her and me?
