You have exactly five days (5 24-hour periods) to go to Housing Court (111 Centre St in Manhattan, look up address for others) to give the clerk your answer to this Petition. Read the signs posted or flyers in boxes on the wall for some possible answers. The rent is paid is a valid answer. Consult the Pro Se Attorney at the courehouse if you need help.

No matter what the landlord says, go to court. If he says he has dismissed the case: GO TO COURT anyway.
