are you saying it was ok for the landlord to basically lie and mislead him?
not on minor issue but major have you ever been to a laudro-mat?
and as for the great space did you see the BUT.
as for time to put up these spaces the landlord has a choice of three or more empty promises he can finish at anytime, in his own time.I think anyone in the building would be happy with just one finished product right now the landlord seems to be batting zero. 5 months 5 years whats the difference why should he expect a landlord to keep to his/her word? talk about low expectations Ken.
