Without a lease, a landlord can TRY to evict you with 30 days notice.
However, NO JUDGE will put you out of your apt in less than 3-6 months.
Never again live without a lease. For 1,100 you can do better. Get out of that hell hole. The landlord can't touch you for 3-4 months maybe longer.

Start looking for another place and tell landlord to take a hike and don't come back.
