I currently rent a two bedroom apt in a 2 family home. I have no lease because when we moved in, we being my husband, my 3 year old son and myself, we were told that he does not believe in a lease. We have been living ithe apartment now a year and since have had another child. Today I recieved and "agenda" from the landlord about things we need to discuss some of them being members of household, Children indoor activies, Use of Apt. and resources, and selling of house. My Questions are can he tell me I have to move because I had another child and can he tell me what my children can play with and what they can't also can he tell us how to "use" our apt? I don't think it is fair we pay him $1100/a month.
