My 7 month lease term is from 8/31/99 - 3/31/00. I gave 60 day notice to vacate
on 12/12/99 saying 2/29/00 would be last day we would be in apartment. Per the
way I read the lease, giving 60 days notice is required before leaving within the
first 7 months and only 30 days notice is required if I were to stay longer than
7 months when my lease would be in the month-to-month phase.
