gollop notice? sic

Postby taguscg » Thu Apr 17, 2008 4:04 pm

hey, can anyone shed some light on a gollop notice. Not sure of the spelling is correct. basically what i am told is its a notice when a LL wants to use an apt. for themselves and can evict the tenant in a rent stabilized apartment.

any information or links would be great.

thank you kindly in advance,

You're thinking Golub Notice. For information on it, do a search in this forum and on the site.

It's what LLs use when they claim a tenant is not using his/her apartment as their primary residence.
