We'll look at it and get back to you. I'm assuming you're the last tenant listed in the report (2 pages).

No i moved in in 2018 and have yet to be registered on the roll. The tenant that lived there the longest was the one that we were told was the last tenant living there. She left 10/17 and the place was vacant till we moved 2/18. For registration years 2016 and 2017 owner went ahead and made up two tenants in order to hike up the rent. But even then it doesnt add up to what i am paying. If you see the way its registered up to the last few years you can see it was intentional

One initial question, the registration starts with 2003. When was the building constructed? Looking at a photo of the building on Google Street Maps, this was surely built prior to 2003, maybe in the 60's or 70's.

And according to NYC Zola, it was built in 1961.

That means it escaped Rent Control, but not Rent Stab.

If what you sent us was the complete history you received from DHCR, you should go back and get it again asking for all data going back to 1984.

On a side note. I have a question of what an hp action is. And if an hp action only happens if i am a tenant in an apartment?

I had wanted to get back to your question as you had sent us the requested document. But in trying to review this thread, I discovered you had removed a number of posts, and in violation of the forum rules. The rule is not meant to prevent minor editing, but wholesale deletion of posts, which is what you did. This rule is just for situations like this, when one needs to go back and review something. I have restored the posts and locked the thread, but this is still an issue.
