Can't find the old post I just came across, but I have to repost these things anyway to ask if TenantNet's opinion of these court figures is the same as it was in 2006 (especially as one of them later struck down the Mitchell-Lama tenant buyout protections enacted by the City Council).

Kraus -- working or Borah Goldstein -- might be more pro-landlord. Lin -- as clerk for Marilyn Shafer (who we supported when she ran for Civil Court in 1993) -- is likely to be more pro-tenant.

No idea as to the leanings of Villella.

Of course, any judge will occasionally rule for one side or the other.
