This is CLE for lawyers. I do not know if non-attorneys can attend. Contact the source to find out the policies for non-attorneys.

On the event, some are politicians who aren't going to do anything. Some are landlord lawyers or landlord-leaning judges. One of the judges listed was allegedly a tenant attorney many years ago, but is now certifiably crazy. I don't see a real tenant judge/lawyer or person on that list.

2013 version

I was lucky enough to find the 2013 version also, it seems that it has more decisions attached to this version than the 2011 version.
