Leaving my Rent Stablized APT, whats the next rent ?

Postby lojack1999 » Sun May 12, 2002 3:15 am

I have been leaving in this rent stablized apartment in Brooklyn for more then 5 years. I will be moving out soon at my own will, when the lease is up. can the lanlord ask the next tenant as much rents as he wants or he is regulated by DHCR? can he buy back the apartment?

Sorry I don't have an answer, but I know someone who really needs an apt., pease email your LL's name, number and apt details with address. Your help is appreciated! Thanks!
