I need some help in figuring out the legal increases for Rent Controlled tenants. I thought that there was a 3% increase as a result of the December 01 ruling in favor of the tenants? But, I've been getting calls from tenants in our building that the MBR went up 10%, and that they are being hit with a 7.5 % increase again, retroactive to last year.
Is this correct?
