The Rent Guidelines Board was supposed to have made public its initial rent increase recommendations for 2002-2003 following a May 7 meeting.
I haven't seen or heard any news about this.
Anyone else?

It was posponed, and Bloomberg filled the vacant tenant representatives seat at the last minute.
