Housing Conservation Coordinators

Postby sr77 » Thu Sep 20, 2018 6:30 pm

Just found this, about HCC, in a locked thread . . .

"we've found HCC as an organization to be pretty bad and unreliable."

I was thinking of going there about my current issue (landlord demands return of signed documents, won't renew lease without them).

Tenant.net, can you say what about it you've found to be bad and unreliable?

Thanks.

Got room for a book? Seriously a bad organization that has done a lot of damage to the west side.

Where can I find specifics about that? Is it documented somewhere that you know of?

Also, what orgs, if any, do you recommend for tenants seeking advice about landlord/tenant issues (other than right here)?

Thanks.
