Are emails admissible as evidence in housing court? thanks

Depends. In a trial or as exhibits in a motion? Understand that Housing Court is somewhat informal.

I would think the latter, which can be attached to motion, answer or reply papers as exhibits, are probably OK.

In a trial, it probably will depend on the judge, and if the LL objects.

In such an instance, read up on the rules of evidence and you may have to lay a foundation in order to admit the documents. Don't ask us how to do that. We're not lawyers.
