Has anyone known of a discovery in an owner occupancy case where the landlord then lost? what was the evidence?

LLs do lose OO cases due to facts Ts discovered w/ or w/o formal discovery such as LL owned and lived in whole townhouse on UES, but tried to evict T from 1/2 floor of brownstone on UWS for his own use LOL.

Read caselaw as summarized on TN HCD, then find actual decisions on NYSlip/WestLaw.
