Questions About 30 Day Notices That Are Dated Before 30

Postby wiseguy-007 » Thu Aug 22, 2002 11:34 am

Greetings Folks!

Is there a case that a tenant had a holdover petition dismissed because the landlord served a 30-day notice terminating monthly tenancy from month-to-month) that was NOT 30 days (dated before 30 days)? Or a case where the time of the 30 day notice and the date of the notice of the petition and the petition was NOT 30 days (less than 30 days)? I've been doing some research andI have done a bit of shepardizing and although I've found a few cases close to what I looking for, I haven't found the one that hits the mark, dead center. Any ideas? Thanks!
