That first date isn't right -- is this happening on Thursday, Nov. 3?

Community Seminars

The Civil Court Offers seminars on various topics in our courthouses during the lunch hour and evenings. These seminars are taught by court personnel or various community or governmental agencies and are offered without charge. Topics offered in the past have included: resolving disputes with local merchants, collecting rent, defenses to non-payment proceedings, how to obtain repairs, repairing credit, how to obtain public benefits, the problem with mold in apartments, and immigrants and public housing rights. Topics are added based on the needs of the community.

Community Seminars are publicized within each courthouse, through New York City Community Boards, in local newspapers, and on the News and Announcements page of the Civil Court website.
