Notice of Petition Holdover

Postby Red026 » Mon Jul 28, 2003 5:12 pm

There are 2 types of eviction proceedings. One is for non-payment and the second type is a holdover eviction where the landlord wants you out for whatever reason even if you are paid up to date.

I am due in court (adjournment) Aug 5, 2003, on a Holdover eviction. I am seeking legal representation through Legal Aid.

There case is based on S2524.3(a), which I have found it has nothing to do with why they are taking me to court. Consistant late rent payments. They are true to the fact that my rent has been late, consistantly...smile, but a great deal of money has been put into the rehab of this apartment, new walls, new wood floors and consistant minor repairs that I took apon myself.

I am nerveous, will they have a case?
