Did you pay rent to the owner of the building, or to the prime tenant of the apartment? If the latter, you would be a roommate. If the owner is renting out private rooms, that sounds like an illegal scam.

Did you pay the security deposit to the owner of the building (the landlord)? Do you have proof of payment, i.e., M.O. stub, checking account statement?

On what basis was there an eviction? Was it court ordered?

Your post continues to be hard to understand. You say, "Landlord has problem with the management of the building and according to with the judgment of the court hi was evicted."

The "landlord" is the person/company who owns the building, not your roommate. Please make this clear. To whom did you pay rent? To whom did you pay the deposit? Do you have proof of either? Do you have a copy of the eviction paper? We can't answer unless we understand what happened.
